"Chernobyl" was or is a disaster. Hiroshima or Nagasaki are "thriving" though that wasn't the case... briefly.
One "blew up". Two were "blown down".
Should it be considered that something may or may not be backward? What exactly fell on the 2 or 3?
We're not sure there's a "problem"... but something is... "missing".
