We "know better" to assert that:

• "The communication or data 'networks' in use 'today' are more safe or secure than those used 'yesterday'."

The assertion is false for every transport medium except light.  Any "exploitation" has to be engineered backward.  Is that a National Security Secret?

We do or don't know.

But we can correctly or properly assert that:

• "Every communication or data 'network' which 'sends or receives' using electric or magnetic fields or waves shares the same vulnerability."

Is the "unfixable" problem due to:

• Hardware.
• Software.
• Electromagnetic noise.

We can provide the answer by explaining it backward:

• Every "signal" or "wave" begins as "noise".
• A "noisy" non-signal is generated within a set of "frequency" constraints.
• Its existence produces an electric or magnetic field.
• The non-signal travels through the electric or magnetic field and resonates into an actual signal "as it goes".

This occurs because the electric or magnetic fields generated are never stable or change constantly.

How does a "nosy" or "secretive" agency or group take advantage of it all?
