For "collector's" sake, Mr. President.  You just "defunded" the IRS.

They must not have been encouraging widespread "underreporting" or enabling enough "fraud" so they "had to go".

We already know how you'll fix their mistakes:

• Move to a "flat" individual or corporate "income tax".
• Ban the use of "dependents" or "depreciation".
• Make paying taxes "voluntary" or use an "honor system" based on what a corporation or individual feels the government "owes them".

This will likely result in excess or gratuitous "collections" which are "unexpected".  Don't fall into the trap of returning "cash" to taxpayers.

Use it to "truck" expensive "health devices" or "medications" into Canada or Mexico.

Backward or "think without acting".
