The headline doesn't read:

• "Every individual in a 'city' is 'mentally ill'."

We collectively or individually could or couldn't be more backward.

A less or more clear way of phrasing that is:

• "Some individuals living 'in the country' are less dissociated than those living near 'cell phone towers'."

Can any "expert" or "professional" confirm or deny either assertion?  Is it even a possibility?

If no one cares enough to try, then all we care about will be lost.
