Voice Systems

Has anyone tried paying a bill by phone only to find out that their number isn't being heard correctly on the other end?

When a Spire customer heard their number read back wrong several times they recorded it happening.  This doesn't seem like a Spire only thing - the problem must be on the customer's end.

How it happened is being examined as of 2022-03-29 @ 08:54 AM.
