Tracking

We ordered 3 items from Amazon.  A "tracking number" was not immediately provided.  The "amount" was promptly deducted from the "account" in use.

There was "no cause" for "concern".  That would be backward.

The "message" or "notification" stated (paraphrased because we're locked out of our account):
  • "The 'seller' will provide a 'tracking number'."
They never did.

To make the situation less complicated, the "seller" could or couldn't be reached.  We are or aren't sure who's "at fault".

Is it us?
