Dear Disney,
There's a seagull in "The Little Mermaid". There's a "lady" "of fire" in "Elementals".
What was done to their voices?
We can't put our finger on it, but they "feel" unpleasant or "grating". Does that sort of thing happen by accident or by "backward"?
Kinda curious.
