"Businesses" like to grow larger.  "Parks" like to expand.

How is that commonly done?

The best way to explain shouldn't be backward:

• They don't keep making better and better products.
• They don't offer the same experience at a lower cost.

Wait a second...

Maybe, just maybe, a "business" or "park" which operates in such a manner... is backward.
