Harassment through suggestion

These are an example from January 31, 2021 of what I hear daily in my apartment.

No, it's not just from a neighbors TV or from other residents due to thin walls.  The number of phrases,, statements, or suggestions averaged about 1 per minute but hearing them consciously takes my full attention so I noted what I could.  When my attention is on anything else I don't consciously hear them and that's a problem.

The last thing noted at 9:11 PM isn't a suggestion I consciously heard - it's one I didn't that was taken up and followed.  After that happened it had my full attention and that's when I heard the initial suggestion.  By definition, I believe this is known as hypnosis and it's intentional.

3:04 PM

  • 'When he has something is his hand, draw attention to it.'
  • 'Then let him hear "what you do have in your hand?"'

3:30 PM
  • 'Make him aware of the words in his throat.'
  • 'Every time he reads something make him repeat it until he says it out loud.'
  • 'Every time he reads something make him repeat it until he thinks we can hear it.'
  • 'Then let him hear "we got 'em".'

3:32 PM
  • 'Do you know what we have of yours? [tried to pull something from my awareness - something I own that I can't find]'

3:33 PM
  • 'Say [some specific word I'm omitting] out loud.'
  • 'Make him say the word he's most afraid of out loud.'
  • 'Let him say a word he just read out loud.'

3:35 PM
  • 'Put a word in his thoughts he just read.'
  • 'Make him repeat it over and over until he can't stand it anymore and says it out loud.'

3:41 PM
  • 'Make him more and more aware of his heartbeat until he thinks we can hear it and know where he is.'

3:43 PM
  • 'Let him hear "are you getting all these?"'

4:00 PM
  • Let him hear "you have a hot date tonight?"'
  • 'Now say "what do you think?"'

7:38 PM
  • 'Make him smile then draw his attention to it.'
  • 'When he realizes he's smiling let him hear "what do you think you're smiling about?"'

8:03 PM - Just experienced an involuntary movement where I slapped myself on the side of my hip.  Right as it happened there was a shift in awareness to bring it to my attention and let me know it was from a suggestion that had been given.  So now I can describe a situation where someone giving subliminal suggestions is intentionally using them to physically "touch" a person by proxy in a way that's perceived as a taunt like 'that was me that did that to you, I can touch you anytime I want.'  I don't see much difference between this and someone walking around in public and "feeling someone else up" personally.

8:42 PM
  • 'Make him sniff his nose.'
  • 'When he becomes aware he sniffed it let him hear "was that you sniffing your nose or [tried to pull a name or description from my awareness]?"'

8:52 PM
  • 'When he says something he thinks we've never heard before let him say "you've never heard that before?"'

8:55 PM - Just had my train of thought interrupted and felt certainty my privacy was being violated replaced by uncertainty.  Right as it happened there was a shift in awareness to bring it to my attention and let me know it was from a suggestion that had been given.  That got my full attention and then I heard:
  • 'Let him begin to think he was wrong about his privacy being invaded.  By the end of the night he'll think he had it backwards.'

8:58 PM
  • '...I sent you $25 in the mail... you are such a loser.'

9:08 PM
  • 'metallurgy'
  • [1 or 2 voices laughing (though not at the same time) and making fun of what I'd heard and saying it was supposed to be something else]
  • 'No matter what his response is let him hear laughter and ridicule.'

9:11 PM - When I hear something - and I can give it my full attention - I'll hear what sounds like the suggestion that was taken and followed to cause what was heard.  The first line below is what was heard and indented beneath it are the 2 suggestions heard after that appear to have been followed:
  •  'Did he hear all of them?  I said.. did he hear all of them?'
    • 'Did he hear all of them?'
    • 'Repeat that to him until he answers.'
